Cambridge Building worked with over 60 sub contractors on this project which required an eye for detail and excellent building finishing skills. Jay employed award winning Cambridge architect Aaron from LAD Architecture to design this beautiful home as a ‘Display Home’ in the exclusive Cambridge subdivision of St Kilda for Cambridge Building. Sold partway through construction, the new owners couldn’t be happier with how seamless Jay ensured project completion integrated with their personalised design choices. This home’s broad appeal and outstanding indoor/outdoor design is undeniable.
Tamahere Riverside.
This unique and large modern home built on the banks of the Waikato river was designed by Aaron from LAD Architecture for clients that wanted to be able to liaise directly with the builder about design choices and finishings throughout the process. Working closely with Jay throughout this project, lockdowns and supply chain disruptions were minimised and a beautiful project was completed to exceptional standards.
St Kilda - Baxter Michael Ave.
For this new home, clients wanted confidence that they were getting a quality build. Referred to Jay, the Cambridge Building team gave them that confidence and ensured they could be as involved as they wanted to be every step of the way. This home incorporates many sustainability elements and has been styled to reflect the professional couple and their children’s modern living requirements.

Builders who could navigate a tricky site and all the council requirements were pretty high on the list for these clients. Jay and the team fit their brief and exceeded the homeowners expectations. This well thought out home, designed for a site that perched over a stream and on a hillside, was completed in 2018.
