This renovation was completed in two phases. The owners of this holiday home wanted to keep the quintessential 1950’s feel of this classic Kiwi Bach but with warmth, more space and features like bi-fold windows and easy inside/outside access to a new upstairs deck that maximised the quiet beachside location. Jay was able to work in with local Coromandel suppliers to ensure that this project was competed to exceed owners’ expectations.
